What is a resilient mindset?

Resilience is an ability of the mind to bounce in every situation under any condition, whether it is very hard while facing adversity and recovering from the trauma, and tragedy states resilience mindset.

Resilience illustrates the capacity to recover from any situation, but being resilient does not state that they have emotional, physical problems.
